Product Description

In modern ultra-high temperature equipment (UHT), milk is pumped through a closed system. During the process of preheating, high-temperature treatment, homogenization, ultra-high temperature treatment, cooling, and sterile packaging. Low acidity (pH above 4.5, milk pH above 6.5) liquid products are typically treated at 135 to 150 degrees Celsius for a few seconds, either through indirect heating or direct steam injection or soaking. High acidity (pH value below 4.5) products, such as juice, are usually heated at 90-95 degrees Celsius for 15-30 seconds. All components of the actual high-temperature downstream system are designed to be sterile to eliminate the risk of re infection, including sterile packaging in the packaging to protect the product from the effects of light and atmospheric oxygen. Steam control system
The steam control system is an important component of Pasterizer, which includes steam flow control valve, plunger valve, steam pressure reducing valve, drain valve, and steam filter. A good steam control system can ensure stable operation of the machine.
Control panel
Our integrated automation software is created for operators with various levels of experience, connected to a 10.1-inch touch screen interface, providing operators with an overview of the pasteurization machine, including temperature, pressure, and more. Its performance is displayed in real-time, and if a malfunction occurs, the operator will immediately receive an alarm. If the automation solution is integrated into the production line, the entire production line can be viewed from one interface.
Diversion system
Verify the temperature of the product before and after the insulation pool. The product can only continue to leave the pasteurization machine after being heated to the appropriate temperature and kept in the insulation tank for a suitable period of time. If this is not the case, a signal will be automatically sent to the diverter valve and the product will be diverted back to the balance tank for recirculation.
Intelligent balance tank
Intelligent balance tank, equipped with CIP cleaning ball and high/low level transmitter. When the product is at a high liquid level in the balance tank, the feed pump will automatically stop. When the product is at a low liquid level in the balance tank, the product pump will automatically stop.
